I have sent an email to Rail Europe with my questions only to be advised my Swiss passes have been issue and can be printed, that they are Epasses, I actually cannot print them. From the information that has been provided at the time of purchase, they are to be issued within 2 business days - I just want to speak to someone over the phone. I cannot believe that there is no way of contacting via phone.
