Booking and receiving tickets on line

We need to travel from Milan to Zermatt on Oct 26, then Zermatt to Beaune on Oct 31. I went to book on line but that process involved sending the tickets in the mail which takes 5 working days. We leave Australia tomorrow. When we get to Europe can we book and pay on line and access our ticket via email or provide the receipt at the stations on arrival? Please let me know

Hello Mark,

Thanks for your question.

As the printing option for your sector is Paper Ticket, it has to be shipped to you and you will receive the tickets within 5 business days. As your departure date from Australia is too close, request you to purchase tickets locally from the train station subject to availability.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,
