bookings on hold but won't reload to confirm

can you please tell me how to complete a booking when it goes on hold - I am not sure why it has been put on hold after I have made payment?

I have tried several times to reload and complete the booking which is a print at home ticket to Paris CDG airport but it keeps showing nothing in my records...

thanks for your reply...I have chosen to book this train ticket through Rail Plus...I had been very happy with Rail Europe for all of my other bookings and was disappointed to have to change suppliers, but have had my needs met now,
