Can I travel on TER in France with a France Pass without making a booking

I want to go for day trips from Paris using my France Pass. If I travel on TER do I have to make a booking ?

Do I have to put my validated pass in the machine before boarding. Can I change trains for example to travel to Verdun and then on to Mulhouse and back to Paris in the same day

thank you

Hello Adrian,

Thanks for your question.

Kindly note that you cannot make reservations on TER trains.

You can just travel with your France Rail Pass.

Yes you can change the trains, but if your travel sectors needs reservations then you would have to purchase them at an additional cost.

Hope this helps!!!
