Insufficient seats every time I try to book!

Hi there

I am trying to book 3 sectors and keep getting the insufficient seats message!

I can't tell which sector is the problem, and the longer I try the higher the price goes, so I really need this to work.

This is what I am trying to book: (2pax - first class)

23 jan 17

Roma Termini to Venezia St. Lucia 8:50am

26 jan 17

Venezia St. Lucia to Bologna Centrale 9:25am

26 jan 17

Bologna Centrale to Roma Termini 3:45pm

Please assist urgently

Regards

Olivia

Hello Olivia,

Thanks for the question.

Due to winter schedule switch, the fares and schedule for your travel date is not yet loaded on the website. Hence, request you to try booking mid November.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website www.raileurope.com.au.

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Leora, Rail Europe Travel Expert.

Hi Leora

This is incorrect.

Fares are coming up and available, not just on your page but also on many other rail-booking websites.

I have input all the information for the fares I need, and they come up and I can add them into my account, I just cannot book and pay for them!

I couldn't wait any more, so I have ended up booking them directly with Trenitalia.

This is the first time I've ever had issues with your site, hopefully this was just a once-off.

Thanks
