Is there one train company we can deal with on our trip from Paris to Copenhagen stopping off at Cologne for a couple of nights

We are travelling from Paris to Copenhagen by train. We wish to have a couple of nights stay in Cologne on the way. Is there one train company we would deal with or more? I have heard you can get a train that is put on a ferry to go across the Baltic to Copenhagen. What do you suggest is the best way to do this trip for a couple of seniors?

Hello Trevor,

Thanks for your question.

Please note that your travel from Paris to Copenhagen via Cologne will be on different trains and hence with different train companies.

You will have to travel as follows :-

Paris to Cologne - Direct Thalys train.

Cologne to Copenhagen via Hamburg - Eurocites and ICE trains.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website.

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then Add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

Hope this helps!!
