Hello Nerida,

Thanks for the question.

Kindly note that Child is 4 to 11 years and Youth is 12 to 25 years. Hence, 7 years will be considered as a Child and 12 and 14 years will be considered as Youth while booking on the website.

You can purchase Eurail Italy Pass for your travel in Italy.

To purchase Eurail Italy Pass click “Here”.

With a Eurail Italy Pass you can travel on all regional and intercity trains within Italy.

You will have to purchase point to point ticket from Nice to Fontainebleau. You can book and travel as follows:

- Nice to Fontainebleau via Paris TGV and TER trains.

Keep in mind that seat reservations would be mandatory for all High-Speed, Night, Scenic and Border Crossing trains. But, you will avail pass holder/discounted fares for these journeys with the pass.

In order to book seat reservations, please visit our website www.raileurope.com.au.

The pass seats can be reserved by clicking on “Seat Reservations” & feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares.

Please click on the “Fare Details” tab to view details regarding the type of fare, type of seat, whether a reservation is included or not and the After Sales Policy.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website www.raileurope.com.au.

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Leora, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
