PAYMENTS WONT GO THRU FOR TICKETS BOOKED

I have tried twice now using 2 different payment cards (MCard and Amex) to buy 2 Adult 1st Class INTERCITY tickets

- ROME TO AREZZO JULY 21 and

- AREZZO TO MILAN JULY 24

Please advise as I do not want to miss out on last available seats

Thank you for reply, but it came too late for me (and unless you are able to take note of the 8 digit booking number before you press PAY and it goes into a loop it is lost)

I just kept on trying and finally got it thru (with assist from your online chat) after about an hour. I was disappointed that for exactly the same booking it ended up costing me an additional $AUD70 when it did accept my booking. Your online chat folk said the issue was probably caused by the fact that Rail Europe's website doesnt update that quickly so I was probably trying to buy cheaper fares that no longer existed even though they showed up when I was 'shopping" .. hence why they didnt go thru originally. Doesnt seem right through that you think you're buying fares at one price .. only to have a complicated and disrupted buying process.. and having to pay more. :-(

Thanks for the reply.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As the fares are managed by the railways and they do not update the fares frequently, hence the fare is still displayed on the website.
