printing tickets or posting tickets

we want to travel from avignon to barcelona on 8/11/2014 and the web sites dont allow us to choose an option to print the tickets at the station , only option available is to have the ticket posted. is this the only option?

Thanks for your question.

While booking the tickets on our website, three options would be highlighted i.e. Print at home, Print at station and Paper tickets. You need to select one of the three options.

E – ticket (Print @ Home) option is only offered if the booking includes a Eurostar, Thalys, TGV and Renfe trains. If you choose Print at home option the ticket would be E-mailed to you. You have to print that ticket and carry the same with you while travelling.

Print @ the station is only offered on Eurostar, ATOC and on all trains departing from France (domestic and international trains such as Thalys, TGV Lyria etc. If you choose Print at station option, you have to take the print of your ticket from the train station before your departure.

Paper tickets are always available on all sectors. If you choose Paper ticket option, the tickets would be delivered to you on the shipping address provided by you.

Request you to check the schedule and book tickets directly on our website http://www.raileurope.com.au/

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then Add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

Hi I want to book train tickets from Lisbon to Lagos on the 17th July 2015. Is there any way I can get the tickets by email instead of getting it posted to my address?

I have not got the option to get E Ticket or anything. The only option i got is to get the tickets delivered to my home address.

Thanks for your question.

When booking your tickets, you can choose your printing option: Paper ticket, "Print @ Home" or "Print @ the station". Paper tickets are always available. Nevertheless, the other options can be unavailable, depending on the route you have chosen. Please note that for the moment, "Print @ the station" is only offered on Eurostar, ATOC and on all trains departing from France (domestic and international trains such as Thalys, TGV Lyria etc.). The "Print @ Home" option is only offered if the booking includes a Eurostar, Thalys.

Not all sector have the option of print at home.

Hi,

I'm trying to buy tickets from lisbon to lagos and any day i pick it says the tickets are either sold out or the route was too long and that it needs to be broken down. I checked last night it did not say the route was too long and that i needed to brake it down. Now i check this morning for all different dates it says the route needs to be broken down. Could you please help me or is there a number that i can call to speak to someone.

- Lisbon to Faro – Eurocites train.

- Faro to Lagos – Eurocites train.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website www.raileurope.com.au.
