Rail Pass I just bought appears to be worthless.

Hi, I just bought a France rail pass for 2 youths, 2nd class seating. No matter what trip I select, I get the following message: "The fares you requested are not available with the selected rail pass. Please select a regular fare and proceed to the next step." If I'm paying regular fare, then why buy the rail pass?

If this is correct, I would like to cancel my pass and have it fully refunded please. The booking number is 37510200.

Please disregard. The problem goes away when I order through Rail Plus. Thank you
