Revoke my booking as tickets not billed

I recieced a confirmation email june 9 and i am leaving overseas next for swiss travel pass i was not billed but told that i have to wait 2 weeks i dont have 2 weeks i didnt get any billing in my card but i dont have 2 weeks to wait

It stated that tickets will be issued 2-3 days its now day 6 no email copy of print at home tickets and no one told me of the high volume delay but they insist that inagree on terms and conditions this is not a

Good sign if you can deliver give the customer the choice to cancel
