Time period for reservation for non-TER trains in France

I'm aware that TGV booking can be booked within 90 days, but there seem to be other types of trains like Intercite trains in France where a reservation is available. Do these trains follow the same rule? And can I print the tickets from my PC or do you send me the tickets?

Hello Karen,

Thanks for question.

The booking horizon for all the trains in France is 90 days is advance. It also includes TER, Intercites, and TGV trains. Printing method of the ticket depends on the sector you are travelling as not all sectors provide print at home option.

There are Paper ticket, "Print @ Home" or "Print @ the station" options. Paper tickets are always available. Nevertheless, the other options can be unavailable, depending on the route you have chosen. Please note that for the moment, "Print @ the station" is only offered on Eurostar, ATOC and on all trains departing from France (domestic and international trains such as Thalys, TGV Lyria etc.). The "Print @ Home" option is only offered if the booking includes a Eurostar, Thalys. TGV etc.

Best Regards,

Amar, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
