Train Travel in Italy France and England

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 youths travelling late December 2016 early January 2017. Arriving in Rome. We would like to visit Rome, Venice and Florence and then travel by train to Paris and then by train from Paris to London. (Total time away approximately 13-15 days.) What is the best rail pass for us to purchase? Can we buy one pass that we can use in Italy, France and England or do we need to purchase for one pass for Italy-France and then a separate pass for Paris to London? Many thanks Shelley

Hello Shelley,

Thanks for the question.

It is best to purchase point to point ticket for your travel. You can book and travel as follows:

- Rome to Venice - Frecciargento train.

- Venice to Florence - Frecciargento train.

- Florence to Paris via Milan - Frecciarossa and TGV trains.

- Paris to London - Eurostar train.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website www.raileurope.com.au.

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Leora, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
