Transit time between trains

TRA121055

We are travelling from Rome to Siena via Firenze and can see there is less than 20mins transit time. Will this give us enough time to get off the train, validate our tickets and get onto the other train? We are travelling with suitcases and want to ensure there is enough time!

Thank you

Hello Art Stanton,

Thanks for the question.

You can book and travel as follows:

- Rome to Siena via Florence Frecciarossa and Regional trains.

The connecting time mentioned in your ticket is sufficient enough to change the train and board the connecting train.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website www.raileurope.com.au.

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Leora, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
