Travel Berlin-Prague-Vienna-Zurich-London

Hi - we are planning to travel by rail from Frankfurt to Berlin, Berlin to Prague, Prague to Vienna, Vienna to Zurich, and Zurich to London (with stops at each location except Frankfurt and London). From all information I assume Eurorail global is the appropriate rail pass. However, what is required for Zurich to London? Will this be a single trip or will multiple trips need to be planned? Overall, how many travel days would be required (entire period is four weeks)? If passing through Paris, what impact will there be on reservations/rail pass?

Cheers

Brian
