Travel from Brussel to London

Hi, I tried to book four tickets from Brussels to London on 17/12/2016 and return 22/12/2016.

We have a Eurail Select Pass (4 countries) and the amount charged is much higher compared to buying new tickets from Eurostart directly. I thought we would have a better deal with our pass?

thanks, Natasja Ross

Hi Leora,

Our confirmation number is 38052341. The United Kingdom is not included so I am aware that we need to buy a ticket for Callais to London.

Thanks, Natasja

Hi Leora,

In addition, I tried to make reservations from Zwolle (The Netherlands) to Paris but the system indicates that these fares are not available with our pass so we need to select regular fare. We have selected four counties: the Benelux, France, Switzerland and Italy.

As I want to finalize our travels today, can you please help me out.

Thanks, Natasja

Hello Natasja,

Thanks for your reply.

Keep in mind that seat reservations would be mandatory for all High-Speed, Night, Scenic and Border Crossing trains. But, you will avail pass holder/discounted fares for these journeys with the pass. With a Pass you can travel on regional/intercity trains within a country.

Kindly note, as Zwolle to Paris has 1 connection at Rotterdam, you can travel from Zwolle to Rotterdam with your Pass as it is via Intercity train and you will have to purchase seat reservations from Rotterdam to Paris.

You will have to purchase point to point ticket from Calais to London.

- Calais to London - Eurostar train.

In order to book tickets, please visit our website www.raileurope.com.au.

You would need to feed in the Departure city and the Arrival city along with the travel date and preferred time & the number of passengers (Senior, adults, youth and children), and then click on “search tickets”. Once you do so, you would find the schedules along with the fares. You need to select the fare which is preferable to you and then add it to Cart. Once added, you need to mention the names of the passengers to make the payment on the next page.

Kindly follow the above procedure to purchase Seat reservations by clicking on "Seat Reservations" tab on the homepage of our website.

Hope this helps!!!

Best Regards,

Leora, Rail Europe Travel Expert.
