Will I use a day on each of a Eurail Pass and Britrail Pass when I travel between Dublin & Belfast??

I am looking at purchasing a Eurail Pass for 3 countries as I will be travelling between Ireland, France & the Netherlands. I am also looking at a purchasing a Britrail Pass as I will be travelling all of over the UK which leads to my question.... when I travel from Dublin to Belfast will I be using a day on each of my passes?
